Community Open House: June 2, 2011

On June 2, 2011 We Love Lake Oswego held an open house to learn more about the community’s vision for the future.The community was shown three scenarios that could implement the community vision statement The CAC invited the community to review the potential benefits and impacts of the three possible futures and recommend elements of the each scenario that  best meets the community’s vision. This preferred scenario will then be used to guide an update of the Comprehensive Plan’s goals and policies.

Community Culture Summit: November 3, 2011

Design/Housing Summit: February 2, 2012

Connected Community & Economic Vitality Open House April 12, 2012

The Connected Community and Economic Vitality open house was held on April 12th from 4-7pm. People were invited to speak with city staff and consultants working on updating our  Transportation System Plan and the Economic Development goals and policies as part of the We Love Lake Oswego Comprehensive Plan effort.

The WE LOVE LO team welcomed the community to join members of  the  Comprehensive Plan Citizen Advisory Committee, Sustainability Advisory Board , Natural Resources Advisory Board and community partners for information and discussion on:Public Safety & Facilities, Energy and Climate Change, Natural Hazards, Solid Waste, Urban Forestry, Open Space,Local Food Options, Fish & Wildlife Habitat, Water Resources, Natural Areas, Wetlands, and Community Health.
