Each Action Area’s Goals and Polices go through a series of steps involving public involvement and comment, various review processes by different commissions and councils, and lastly, approval by the City Council.

Community Culture Summit

The purpose of the community summits are to discuss and receive guidance from Lake Oswego community members on goals and policies associated with each action area. The Community Culture Summit took place on November 3, 2011 at the Lake Oswego High School cafeteria. Nearly 200 Lake Oswego residents attended and contributed to its success.  Below are materials from the November 3rd summit:

Public Comment and Feedback

Public comments and feedback were collected at the summit as well as through a virtual summit. This feedback was used to help mold the goals and policies related to the Community Culture action area.
